On our last trip we decided on a Rolex and had the pleasure of working with Bobby G. He was very knowledgeable and was really good at pinning down the exact piece I was looking for. He was hugely helpful without the pressure and we were comfortable spending the money after dealing with him. We would not hesitate to do business with Bucherer in the future.

When we came back, the similar watch was no longer for sale. Only ones available are the all gold watches. We were ready to buy two but told my wife that she should get what she wants first as I already have mines. The tone of voice changed from warm to abrupt so we simply left. Wouldn’t surprised if we were profiled and possibly discriminated. We will look elsewhere and possibly other brands. We have money to spend but doesn’t mean we should spend on something we don’t like. Be patient looking for what you want and don’t let the sales people push you to make a sale. Don’t tolerate the discrimination and go elsewhere.

Although I didn't purchase (yet), I am doing research on what my next purchase will be. During my visit, I had the opportunity to try on various models from numerous brands and see which ones I'm more interested in. Fortunately, this location has a myriad of brands and Lindsey read my style and was able to introduce me to some brands I never got to see in person. I'm not the type to do impulsive purchases, but I will be back! I received much better service here than in my hometown and come to Las Vegas often.
