I regret purchasing a hand gun online from this company/location.
The pickup process is annoying.
When you arrive at the pickup counter you MUST sign into an electronic Kiosk while staff members behind the counter check their cellphones.
The Staff have this strange entitled attitude.
When you are assisted there is this strange overlap of one customer service agent advising another in an almost circular manner regarding your purchase and how the delivery of the item should be executed.
Tiring to watch and listen to. NEVER doing this again. I will use my local gun shop.

We were just in on Christmas Eve for photos with Santa and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. Chris in Santa’s workshop was especially accommodating for my 3 year old autistic son and the woman working the camera really took her time to make sure we actually got a photo with everyone looking. I am so so grateful for this experience and hope that management can do something special for these incredible humans making the holiday season so special for so many people. They truly deserve it!

I came to bass pro looking to purchase a new hunting rifle. I was first helped by Michael. He was extremely helpful and patient while choosing the correct rifle for me. After speaking with Michael I was wanting to shoot the new rifle at there indoor range where I eventually meet two other employees range master Chase S. and Team lead Chase .C. They were both so knowledgeable and insightful. They helped me pick the correct ammo and walked me through the process. This is the best place to purchase a new or used gun. This team they have put together is amazing and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a gun. I will definitely be back in the future.

The guys that work in most every department know very little about what they are selling, especially the gun counter, seriously, I'm not sure where they’re finding these people. Those guys give terrible advice but mostly it’s the service, I mean these guys are just standing around at ammo taking it easy, I'm halfway ignored and dismissed when asking to just simply get something out of the locked case, and thats just one example of the weekly experience for me as a local. It’s like pulling teeth just to spend your money in there. On top of it all, you’re lucky to not get hounded about becoming a club member every single time and they allow people to solicit you on the way out the door for all kinds of random things. Smh… today was the last straw, I will not continue to go here and I spent 50-$100 weekly

Hopefully someone reads this that can actually provide me with some experienced help if I ever return to the store. I do understand its the holidays but thats why places hire extra hands.
I waited and waited in the fishing isles to see someone walk by who worked there. After a good 45 minutes of walking down every single isle and still not finding what I was looking for, I noticed that there were two men working in the center kiosk.
If you fish, I would like you to ask yourself the same question that I asked the guy at the kiosk "can you tell where the double drop rigs are?"
"The what"?
"The double droppers for bottom angling"
"Double what whats that? I never heard of that."
I stood their in disbelief and thought maybe an experienced angler of 35 years got it wrong, but no, there they are on prime, things pop right up.
I came to this store and had two rods and reels picked out and a bucket full of hooks lures and synth bait was ready to spend 100s of dollars and ended up leaving empty handed because I couldn't find simple old double droppers. Maybe im crazy, but if Amazon knows what it is, shpuld bass pro shops? I used to make my own with 3way swivels. I imagine that would totally blow guy's mind.
If you manage the store and read this, I'd love to meet you in the store and buy all the stuff I need for my upcoming trip, if you can tell where it is. Show me the double drop rigs. Show me the sinkers.
