On the phone waiting to talk to someone and no one seems to understand how phones or customer service works.
Been on the phone over 15min at 10 am in the morning.
Worst non conversation ever.
When i finally get an answer i get transfered and no one ever answers. Been on the phone simce 9:52am and barely talked to a person. Let alone someone capable of handling a question as they all seem too busy and dont care enough to faciltate a sale.

This place is a breathe of fresh air to do business with. The team behind the gun counter is so professional, helpful, and insightful, and Tyna at the customer service desk goes above and beyond to help me with my orders. She is truly intentional and helpful!

We signed up for the Bass Pro Shop Club and Ivan was very helpful and provided outstanding service. Upon checkout the cashier was very rude as I went to assist with putting the ammo boxes on the belt. I saw she was turning over each box in order to have the bar code face up. We had many boxes. I went to turn over the boxes to assist her and she abruptly berated me for touching the box. Her attitude was derisive. I gave 5 stars as I like this store and one moronic employee is not going to affect my rating.

Worst experience ever. Went to get my gun. Did a mistake on the form, that only the manager can clean. Was told to come back the next day. Came back, waited for 2 hours I was told that the manager will be with me soon, and he is in the store. After 2 hours, they told me he is not in the store and will be back in 4 days. A little bit of respect for people's time would be highly appreciated. Related to how you can address any issues in the store, I'll leave this to management.
UPDATE
What should have been a simple firearm purchase turned into weeks of delays and poor communication. After a paperwork issue was identified, I was repeatedly told a manager would handle it and that I would receive follow-up calls. Those calls never happened.
Even after the issue was cleared by the manager, no apology was offered. I was told I would be contacted when the background check was completed. I wasn’t. When I called the store myself days later, I was told the background check had been completed several days earlier. I then had to return to the store, wait another hour, and finally pick up my firearm.
At every step, I had to chase information and resolve basic communication failures. This wasn’t a one-time mistake, but a pattern of missed commitments and lack of accountability. I completed the purchase, but this will be the last time we shop at this store.
