  This store is amazing but not comfortable for shopping. The Manager, she likes to butt in during a conversation with the sales advisor. Greedy to make sales and not trusting her employee.

  ‎‏On the 26th to the 30th of August my partner and I went on vacation at the Wynn hotel, Las Vegas. ‎‏ The experience was amazing!We enjoyed every second until Saturday, when I realized that the way I look is the way im going to be treated. ‎‏ I came back from the pool, dressed in casual clothes, Not too fancy and on my way up to the room I wanted to stop at Balenciaga to purchase a bag from there.The store was located right next to the Elevator. ‎‏ When I arrived at the store, one of the saleswomen was busy with a customer and I waited patiently for one of the saleswomen to finish and help me with my purchase. ‎‏ After more then 10 minutes of waiting, one of the saleswomen named Olga walked out, I walked over to her I said hi . Seeing as I was waiting to purchase a hand bag I expected to get service Immediately after i said hi to her. As this happened another Customer walked into the store ‏wearing designer clothes and Designer bag. ‎‏The saleswoman rudely ignored me and didn’t even acknowledge me talking to her,even though I had waited a long time. Furthermore I was already inside the store whereas he had just arrived there. ‎‏ She approached him while completely ignoring me. I have NEVER felt as humiliated as i did in those moments. ‎‏ Maybe it was my accent, or the way I was dressed that made the saleswoman rudely ignore me. I don’t know , what I do know is that this is not service I receive at other designer stores ! ‎‏ I am a regular customer at designer stores and every time I walk in I get the Best Service regardless of what I’m wearing or the way I look. ‎‏This is the first time I walked into ‎‏Balenciaga. ‎‏ Needless to say, I did not purchase the bag due to the sales representatives shocking attitude. ‎‏ It saddens me that in 2020 people are still treated by the color of their skin, by their appearance , the clothes they wear, or by their foreign accent. ‎‏ I expected to receive equal treatment as anyonelse who enters Balenciaga and expects to purchase an item. ‎‏ Immediately after I left the store the guard who was at the place understood what was happening and greeted me. I’m the end he even apologized for the saleswomen’s rude behavior because he understood How embarrassed I was. ‎‏ After that I went up to the room and tried to make a phone call in order to talk to the store manager but I was told there was no manager in the store. ‎‏ So next time when you want To purchase something from Balenciaga make sure you wear designer clothes , have no accent and are well put together. Because if not , no one is going to service you and treat you like a buying costumer . Needless to say , I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to Balanciaga
