  I went in on the night of Super Bowl Sunday with some friends because I had been wanting to get my first pair of Cowboy Boots. The man who helped us was amazing, not pushy at all and I ultimately bought some $600 Caiman Belly boots. He even mailed them home to me as it would be difficult to take them on the plane. He was dressed in Cowboy gear and I believe had a beard if I’m not mistaken. Just appreciated him and I’m very happy with my boots. Thanks

  Walked in wanting a hat. After a short discussion with a nice young man upstairs "The hat doctor". Walked out more than happy with my first cowboy hat. Thank you sir.

  I visited Ariat Brand Shop in Las Vegas and ended up having a fantastic experience. The store is spacious, beautifully presented and a great stop if you appreciate quality Western boots and apparel. I walked in on my own and walked out with a perfectly fitting pair of boots that feel absolutely amazing. I also got a new hat, which was carefully adjusted and customized to my taste. The team took their time to make sure everything fit just right, which made the whole experience feel personal rather than rushed. There’s something special about stepping back onto the Strip wearing boots that fit like they were made for you. A great place if you’re looking for authentic Western style with proper attention to detail.

  Had a chance to stop by and the place is fun to browse. They didn't have the specific Ariats I was looking for, but I could spend time and money there for sure. The staff was friendly, even tho it was close to closing time (which was an hour later than the Jadon Aldean bar we came from). I'll make time go back next time I'm in Vegas!

  Skilled craftsman working the Hat Bar! Shout out to Ivan who perfectly re-shaped my Black Stetson Skyline hat into a perfect brick/Canadian crown. It came in a standard cattlemen crown but I prefer the look of a wider crown and my local Florida Boot Barn made an attempt to shape it after I bought it there, but failed miserably. I took a chance and brought my hat with me on a work trip to Vegas with the hopes that someone out west could re-shape the hat into the style I wanted. Ivan took the time to listen to what I wanted and proceeded to deliver a flawless re-shape of the first western hat I’ve ever owned. I couldn’t be more pleased at his attention to detail and craftsmanship. 15/10 would recommend if you need a hat and are near Lad Vegas. Side note: I also bought a nice pair of boots while I was there.
