  Josh is the most amazing employee of all time, there was someone rude in the store and he came in and was just so amazing helped me out with everything The store is very clean, especially when Josh is there and we just love going and getting clothes.

  I’ve been a loyal ALO customer for years and have shopped at multiple locations including LA and Dallas both of which are great. That’s said, my experience at the Downtown Summerlin location has taken my appreciation for this brand to an entirely new level, and it’s all thanks to the exceptional leadership of manager Lowen (sp?) The staff is attentive and knowledgeable about the products, and truly invested in helping you. The entire team takes pride in what they do. The Downtown Summerlin store under Lowen’s leadership is truly off the charts. He’s strengthened my loyalty to ALO in a way that goes beyond the quality of the products themselves. This is what superior customer experience looks like!

  I been a customer for a while and love to shop at Alo, but what I notice from this location is the manager (Vanessa) lack of experience and need more training to have better communication with customers

  I’ve been shopping from Alo for almost two years, literally religiously, and I’m an Alo Access member, but I’m honestly extremely frustrated with their customer service. My recent experiences have been so disappointing that I’m seriously reconsidering shopping with them again. First, the shipping delays are ridiculous. Shipments that are supposed to be 2-day delivery took 10 days. Then when it arrives, the matching sets aren’t even matching in color. I was told that items come from different manufacturers and that they can’t help with color inconsistencies. Their solution was basically, “return it or keep ordering until you get a matching set.” I reordered the same hoodie five times trying to match it with my sweatpants and still didn’t get the right shade. Five times. It’s unbelievable. Another issue: I recently bought an item that was exchange-eligible. I could clearly see my size available online, but their exchange portal wouldn’t allow me to exchange it even though it was still within the exchange window. I called customer service, the first representative hung up on me mid-conversation. The second one finally answered with so much background noise that I could barely hear her, and she told me their online stock isn’t synced with exchange inventory. The only way to get the size I need is to return it and repurchase it at full price since the sale is over. So basically I have to pay 30% more because of their system issue? Makes no sense. And for the record, I’m also writing this here to review the staff in the newly opened summerlin branch. It’s close to my house, but honestly I would never go back. The staff are rude, unhelpful, and made zero effort to provide good service. They need serious customer service training. Being a loyal customer shouldn’t feel like this much work. At this point, I’m genuinely considering taking a break from Alo. The frustration and lack of support just isn’t worth it anymore.

  Im so happy that they finally have a store in downtown summerlin! The staff was super friendly and helpful, I was looking for specific items in my size, they immediately brought it to me and if they didn't have it they help me look for similar items with out any hesitation. Love it!
