- KBKristine Baesa2 days ago1.0The staff at Alo Yoga were incredibly unprofessional and unfriendly throughout my visit, which was really disappointing. A girl rolled her eyes when asked a question, while another girl laughs because it seems like their own conversation was interrupted even though they were not tending to a customer. ( yes I am aware my mom probably didn’t excuse herself when she came up to them but she doesn’t really know how to approach people bc of language limitations.) Also, reading some of the reviews, it seems like this is a common problem for this specific location. Almost everyone seemed disinterested and unwilling to help, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The only exception was the girl at the front by the door, who was noticeably more welcoming and attentive compared to the rest of the team.
