Also a different Sales associate I spoke to over the phone was above & beyond excellent." orginal * I have never in my life… have been told to leave a store. Ever. Reported this to security. Occurred at 7pm or so on December 23, 2025. The sales associate kept escalating the conversation a level of a disagreement when I said why wasn't I told to come in If I was waiting outside store? He was telling me it was my fault I was standing outside the store & that there was no line outside of the store. Despite me saying Sir over and over… & just asking him to listen... He kept telling me what I should have done different as a customer I should communicate more to enter the store. So I would defend myself in return saying...SIr... I did communicate I was outside & security said 15min. I was told to leave & he's not dealing with this in just minutes of being in store.. Obviously I left with no issue. But he escalated the issue very fast seemingly for shock value. I arrived & was told by security guard it would be 15 minutes. Stood in line with the SA & Security guy who told me 15 minuets chatting by the glass case & after waiting a little I realized wow they are chatting & not coming to let me in. so I waved to them and they let me in. The security was *not at the door.... but at the glass table with the associate as I waited outside in view of them. I told him it's surprising as I entered... Why they wouldn’t tell someone... who’s waiting out side the store....that they can come in after they were told it would be 15 minutes. The SA immediately threw it back at me as if for some reason I did something wrong. I said sir. Listen that doesn’t make sense… he kept referring to himself as if he wasn't understanding my point. He said he's not dealing with this & get out, leave as I turned to look around....He just came off as someone who is emotionally charged with blood shot eyes & a desire for control. Little does this SA know... I have items coming to this store location! So makes me very un-excited to support this location. The real issue is the SA was arguing with me. 2nd issue is the security guard should be at the door when someone if someone is lined up outside. I felt very rattled after. Honestly how fast it escalated considering I wasn't saying anything crazy. I felt like there was some prejudice at play... Like don't complain white lady... stand out side & smile. While we chat & don't confront us with the disrespect to a persons time. I'll have to cancel my leggings.

  I had a terrible experience with Valentino Bellagio when I purchased a pair of shoes from them. After only 10 minutes of wear, the heel tap broke off, leaving my wife unable to walk properly. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering the high price tag of the shoes. When I brought the shoes back to exchange for same shoes and same size I was told that exchange is not possible. I asked why and SA and Boutique Director Dave informed me that this was caused by “wear and tear” clearly after putting the shoe on getting in the car and walking 50 feet of distance is considered “wear and tear” and not defective. Anyway they offered to have it repaired for me and I should have said no at the time but since my wife loved the shoes so much I agreed to the repair. I asked how long it would take for repair and they told me no more than 2 weeks. Since I was not given any status of repair after 16 days I went in asking for status and they told me that the cobbler they use does not provide status and that the manager will contact me with repair status. That same day I got a call from the assistant manager Andrea informing me “the client” that she doesn’t appreciate how I came into the boutique “demanding repair status” and that how her SA felt uncomfortable and that she would appreciate that I don’t come back to the boutique and if I want to go into the boutique call ahead of time to see when she’s working so that I can deal directly with her and only her. Honestly I’ve NEVER NEVER experienced anything like this before, for someone who shops designer boutiques, Neiman Marcus, Saks, and Nordstroms. Service follow up and keeping client informed of status is more important than sales experience and this is where this boutique dropped the ball. Valentino is a great house and love the direction of fashion however the staff and leadership at Valentino Bellagio does not meet the expectation of luxury retail which is disheartening. Overall, needless to say whether or not I recommend Valentino at Bellagio and it looks like I’m not the only client that has had terrible experience. Save your money and shop elsewhere for shoes that will last longer than 10 minutes of wear because this is considered “wear and tear!”
