  My two children and I recently shopped at Columbia Factory Store - Ste 9. During this visit, we made three separate purchases and had three shopping bags. The checkout process was smooth, and we left feeling happy about our purchase. However, as we exited the store, the door alarm went off. We did not think much of it because it had also alarmed earlier when we entered. What made the situation much worse was that a male staff member ran after us and asked to recheck all of our items. This was extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable, especially in front of my two children. Being stopped publicly and having our bags inspected made us feel as though we were being treated like thieves. After checking all three bags and confirming everything was properly paid for, we were allowed to leave — but NO apology was offered for the inconvenience or embarrassment. Because of this experience, my two children have said they never want to return to this store again. Unfortunately, this incident has damaged our trust in the brand. While I appreciate Columbia’s products, we will NOT be returning to this location again and will choose to shop elsewhere in the future.

  Said they close at 9pm on Google, confirmed by business 5 days ago. Got there at 7:58pm and was turned away as they were closing at 8.
