  Donald was truly one of the best SAs I’ve worked with! I stopped by on my way to the airport after a weekend in Las Vegas and finally saw the vanity bag I’d had my eye on. Even though I ended up returning it once I got back to Texas (since they didn’t have it available in caviar or grained leather), Donald was incredibly patient, warm, and professional throughout the entire process. He never made me feel rushed or pressured, and he was so gracious about the return. If you’re shopping at Chanel in Las Vegas, I highly recommend working with Donald for exceptional and thoughtful service!

  The service was excellent, our consultant Adriana was friendly and knowledgeable. When we told her what we were looking for she knew exactly what we had in mind. She pulled out the earrings so we could see what they had. They not only had the one we were looking for but my wife saw another pair she also likedso we ended up getting two pairs of earrings for her as a Christmas and anniversary gift. It was totally worth it to be able to get both pairs while we were on the ship since you can't order nearly on line. She also said if we ever have any problems with the stones which we shouldn't, too bring them in to get repaired. The price was also better than what I thought it was going to be. She even put a bow and set it up as a present and while doing so she explained some of the meaning on how they wrap and stuff. So glad we decided to visit this location instead of the Beverly Hills location.

  I recently visited the Chanel boutique at the Wynn Hotel, and I was very pleased with the customer service. The staff was attentive and helpful, making the shopping experience enjoyable. The prices are definitely on the high end, but that’s expected with Chanel. They had an impressive selection, and I found a beautiful sweater that I’m really happy with. Overall, a great experience for anyone looking for luxury fashion and excellent service. I’ll definitely consider coming back next time I’m in Vegas

  Truly loved my experience here. I worked with Chris and he was phenomenal! Very patient and kind. Plus, very honest which I loved. Everyone was great including the security guard. I highly recommend this place.
