  I am very disappointed with my experience. The sales associate appeared insufficiently trained, struggled with English, and did not clearly explain key product details or the price. Even after payment, her attitude was unprofessional, maintaining an unpleasant expression and repeatedly asking me to visit again. As my first Cartier purchase, I had high expectations, and I felt frustrated that what should have been a special experience was lost. I’m definitely not coming back to the Wynn location. It’s not even worthy of being called a boutique.

  I had an exceptional experience with Michael at Cartier and truly can’t say enough good things about him. I saw him twice over two days because of his incredible care, attentiveness, and professionalism. He helped me thoughtfully customize a ring for a very special occasion, taking the time to walk my husband and me through every detail and ensuring it felt perfect. When I returned to confirm sizing and explore earrings, he was more than accommodating, patient, kind, and genuinely invested in helping me make the right decisions. It’s rare to find a sales associate who makes the experience feel this personal and seamless. I’m so happy I found such an amazing SA and will absolutely be doing all of my Cartier shopping through Michael going forward.
