  My favorite Cartier location in Las Vegas. I especially want to shout out Kristie, she is truly incredible. She always has the best suggestions, is so knowledgeable, and is an absolute pleasure to work with every time. I also met Rick today and he was amazing as well very professional, friendly, and attentive. The overall staff is great, and the whole team really makes you feel welcome and enjoyable.

  I visited the Cartier store in Las Vegas and the experience was disappointing. I asked about purchasing a travel pouch for my watch, but instead of assisting, the staff examined my watch and asked questions that felt unnecessary and dismissive. Their attitude came across as rude, and the overall service level did not reflect the standards we expected.
