  Absolutely stellar service from Wen Yuan ! This was my first time visiting Bucherer at The Caesers Forum Shops , and I couldn’t be more pleased. Hands down the best Rolex AD in all of Las Vegas. From the moment I walked in the store, Wen introduced herself to my friend and I and took us around to see all the Rolexes they had on display. It was fun to just talk with a fellow Rolex enthusiast. While much has been said about Rolexes not being available , this was not the case here! In fact I was very surprised to see one of the watches I have been looking for over the past 3 years available for purchase in the display case ! I obviously purchased it on the spot! Thank you Wen and thank you Bucherer you have a new loyal customer !

  Go elsewhere! I recently went into this place ready to purchase a high end watch. I was greeted by a very nice gentlemen who directed me to a sales lady that ignored me. Since nobody would help me I took my business elsewhere. I was very excited when I learned about this store and I was quite hurt when I couldn’t get someone to sell me one. I am confident that I will find a different store that will help me elsewhere.

  My son and I have had a great experience working with Maria at the boutique. From our first visit she took the time to get to know us and understand that we were looking to build a watch collection together over time. Maria has been professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. She communicates well and always makes the experience enjoyable when we visit. We’ve also had the chance to meet Jonathan, who has been very welcoming and great to talk with as well. What really stands out is that the team genuinely focuses on building relationships with their clients. We appreciate the way Maria has taken care of us and look forward to continuing to work with her as we add more pieces to our collection.

From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. They truly went above and beyond to make my experience special. Fatima even made sure that the watch I wanted was ready in time for my wedding, which meant a lot to me. Their service, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made this a memorable purchase.
