This boutique needs to be audited by AP corporate.
You will not buy the desirable watches that you want unless you are well over $250k spend there. Having already purchased a code from an AP House, means absolutely nothing to this store. They insist that you buy multiple Code 11.59 and Offshores. Most importantly, you have to buy it from THEM. Doesn't matter if you have bought from the brand before, even if its in your app/catalogue. Its irrelevant. Bottom line is, they need your money, and lots of it, before you can get any piece that you may actually want. Don't play their game, and avoid at all costs. "the AP journey"

⭐ 1/5 — AP is exceptional. This boutique is not. AP needs to audit this boutique immediately.
Audemars Piguet is a flawless watchmaker—every other boutique I’ve visited has delivered precision, respect, and true luxury. That’s why the Las Vegas location is such a shock. The brand is perfect; this store is the exception.
The service here collapses the moment you interact with certain staff. Instead of expertise and professionalism, you’re met with arrogance, disinterest, and a level of behavior that has no place in a boutique carrying the AP name. One salesperson in particular embodies everything a luxury house should never tolerate: unprepared, unfocused, and unable to meet even the bare minimum standard expected in a high‑end environment.
AP needs to audit this boutique immediately. The brand deserves better. Clients deserve better. And this store is dragging down a reputation built over generations.

On the first of February I wanted to order one strap and give a watch for service. I got greeted by a Salesman who said he cannot help me I need an appointment. He wanted to get rid of me as fast as possible & told me they are low on staff and there is nothing what he can do for me. After some discussion he was willing to check for the bracelet. The drop off still wasnt possible. The only way to get a service would be to wait 3h for an appointment. I replied: "I will leave the watch here and just call me later or on monday to check the details." He said that is not allowed and went to the back, never returned. I took my watches and left. Later I heared that this Salesperson pursue a carrer as rapper under phillysincere...please wake up Audemars Piguet this is not the way to interact with Service Topics.

I had a great experience visiting Audemars Piguet boutique Las Vegas. The boutique itself is stunning-elegant, thoughtfully designed, and truly reflective of the brand's craftsmanship and attention to detail.sale team was very friendly staff.
Mayra was fantastic to work with. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the entire appointment. She walked me through a number of timepieces and provided to try exhibition models. Finally I got call from her last week got my first AP . I really appreciated the warmth and professionalism from Mayra and team. I'm genuinely happy to be part of the AP family. I'm looking forward to continuing the relationship with the AP boutique and returning again soon.
Highly recommend visiting - and definitely book time with Mayra for a truly elevated experience.
