  I visited Ariat shop Las Vegas for my birthday in October 2025. It was a dream🤩 What a wonderful place! I met THe Hat Doctor who made me a magnificient Hat. Thank you🙏

  I got a black hat, Julian shaped me for me. He was so awesome very professional and patient with me, I’m not an easy one. 😂 I’m on vacation, but if I lived in Vegas I’d def come back to him every time.

  If you’re like me and enjoy cowboy boots but favor a CUTTER TOE, then you share my frustration. Because as you know none of the big box western retailers keep this toe style in stock. At least not in California. Well, you are in luck because I have an easy 3 step solution: Step 1. Book a weekend trip to Las Vegas. Step 2. Visit the Ariat Brand Store. Step 3. Ask for Lou. I guarantee you will leave a happy customer. Last week 3/12/2026 my wife and I flew in to Vegas for a family get-together. We drove our rental car directly from the airport to the Ariat Brand Store. A beautiful lady named Lou greeted us at the entrance. I explained to Lou what I wanted and she went on mission and began having boots in multi-styles and sizes sent up from the basement. It was a wonderful shopping experience. Lou even provided tips for ordering the correct boot size online for my feet, based on the boot material. Example: bison vs. snake. This info was priceless and I truly appreciated the insight Lou had to offer. Long story short the wife and I purchased 3 pairs of boots, 2 tops and 3 pairs of denim jeans. I wanted to hit the Hat Doctor but we ran out of time. Also, because we were flying, we obviously couldn’t carry the boots with us so Lou took care of the shipping. The shipping time worked out great, we returned home from Vegas and the boots arrived the next day. Thank you, Lou! And the Ariat Brand Store, Las Vegas! Update 4/7/2026: I regretted not buying the 3rd boot option in cutter toe, that being the (South Fork Timber Tan Roughout) but the Ariat WEBSITE showed the boot to be completely sold out in all sizes. I called Ariat Las Vegas and spoke with Erin (Wherehouse Lead) and asked if they had any in stock and they did! Erin setup the transaction over the phone for me and I received my boots in the mail a week later. THE TAKEAWAY: You don't need to shop in-person to get great service from the Ariat Brand Store Las Vegas, the staff goes above and beyond even over the phone. Thanks guys!
