No one would open the fitting room for my wife, even though we had several items we were ready to try on and likely purchase. I personally waited about 10 minutes because I really liked a pair of pants. I even asked a sales associate in the back of the store if we could try things on, and she said “okay.” But for the next 20 minutes, she kept seeing us waiting there and never bothered to open the fitting room door. My wife wasn’t the only one waiting — there were at least two other customers in the same situation. We then approached another employee, explained that we wanted to try on clothes, and she told us the only person who could help was the same associate in the back — the one who had already ignored us for 10 minutes. At that point, we left. We didn’t try anything on, and we didn’t buy anything. I’m sure I’ll find another pair of pants somewhere else. But with this kind of service, your store has a serious problem. A bit of proper staff training on how to treat customers would go a long way.
