  employees are extremely rude and lazy . When you ask any questions they are very dismissive. I do not recommend this location at all . Even when asking for a clothing sizes they’re extremely lazy to go look . You’re better off buying online . This location needs to replace all the employees. I think the only one who’s nice is the guy at check out other than that this store needs new employees who actually want to help customers

  Felt extremely welcomed and the staff here were SUPER patient! 10/10 experience, I would most definitely recommend it to anyone shopping for ALO!

  Girl at the register today called my mother a liar just because my mom corrected her mistake when it came to the girl giving my mom the same size she was returning- This establishment left a bad taste in my mouth because of her, all the other employees were respectful- get a soul and maybe some empathy ms girl

  I went here yesterday with my husband. Lucky for me I had him there since he was the one running around getting me different sizes to try on. The staff stood around chatting with each other instead of helping the people in the store. When folks are spending that much money, I would hope the staff would be more helpful. The gals by the dressing room were no help, the other group of them were huddled up in the front on the door chatting away. All in all, a bad experience.
