- OCOleydis ClaroDec 12, 20251.0Cashier was rude and hostile, would rather text during her shift instead of ringing me up even after she saw me standing there?Customer service and professionalism is dead. I came in a second time because I forgot an item and she thought I didn’t hear what she said about me over the ear piece. I was speechless. These kids will really talk shit about you like if you’re not standing two feet away. Things are very different than when I was in retail. Would definitely recommend Fashion show or Outlet over this location. Nasty experience!

- CUCheyenne UsryApr 4, 20161.0I love this store so much. I went in there thinking I was going to buy a lot of cute outfits for an event I would be attending shortly. I was super upset, I went to the dressing room to try on clothes and the staff just ignored me. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to talk to me or help me with a dressing room. After the 10 minutes went by one girl came up to me and asked if I was waiting. I said yes, and she responded oh well the line starts over there, and pointed to the hidden line behind the prom dress racks, which I had not seen. It would have been nice if she had said something when I walked up with all the dresses I had. Two girls just kept walking past me not saying anything. If they had greeted me when I came up and let me know where the line is I would not have been as upset, but I already wasted so much time thinking I was waiting, for her to tell me I wasn't, I was extremely disappointed and just left at that point without buying anything. It was such a shame because I really loved this store. I gave it a second chance after the first bad encounter I had when one of the staff members didn't ask me what size I was when helping me find outfits, instead she just handed me all large sizes. I found this really offensive considering I have never worn a large, I always wear small. I appreciated her trying to help me find the right look, but the size mattered too.... Unfortunately I don't think I will continue shopping here, it used to be one of my favorite places, but after both of those experiences the staff just doesn't make it a place I want to shop. :(
