Our shop services are available to spool reels, mount and boresight rifle scopes, cut arrows, tune bows in our 7-yard archery lane, and anything covered by your Firearm Service Plan. No matter the weather or time of year, we’ve got the seasonal accessories to fit your outdoor adventure. Well as for the Henderson location that is not true. I purchased my daughter a gift card for Christmas so that she can purchase herself a firearm. The Henderson location is closest to her home. When she went to that location to use her gift card, the people at the gun counter were not welcoming AT ALL. No one wanted to help her. And when they did she said she felt like they really didn't want to. She said she felt so uncomfortable that she left. She decided to go to the sportsman in Centennial hills where they were welcoming and she made her purchase with no problem. My son and his wife then went this past weekend to purchase her a firearm for valentines day. Well he stood there and not one person helped him. He waited until there was no customers at the counter and they still did not help him. They did no greet him, when he said hello they just ignored him, he asked for help at the gun counter and they literally acted like he was not there. He then just walked out of the store feeling very defeated and upset. He took his business elsewhere. I am wondering if they treated my family like this on 2 SEPARATE occasions because we are black. Yes my son is a young black man with long dread locks, and my daughter is a 36 year old black woman. Why were they treated the way they were, why were they made to feel out of place. I will be making sure that the Henderson location is looked into because this is VERY CONCERNING!!!!!
- MMMr.Panda ManJan 9, 20262.0They have absolutely zero gun knowledge and very reluctant to take down multiple guns and let you see them because they absolutely do not want to make a sale because it means they would have to do something every time I go to that store I’m treated like a criminal getting asked if I’m 21 and get weird looks before I even decide to buy anything because I look young the whole store is full of old fuds that say “don’t buy this and don’t buy that because this is my opinion” I bought my safe here its great so ill give a second star
