  I had a really frustrating experience trying to use a refund that was issued as a lululemon e‑gift card. Because the Android app was removed, I couldn’t access the card properly and my first visit to the store wasn’t helpful.When I came back a second time, a woman at the front desk went way above and beyond. She offered to let me log into my account on her own iPhone so I could pull up the gift card in the app and actually use my refund. Because of her, I was finally able to buy my shoes in person instead of having my money stuck for online only purchases.I didn’t catch her name, but management should know that she made this possible and turned a really annoying situation into a great experience. She didn’t have to do any of that, and it made a big impact. She was blonde with a cute ponytail and I think her name began with a K. I was there around late 4pm and she was quick with it. Kudos to her.

  Worst Lululemon location I’ve ever been to. The customer service was terrible. The managers seemed untrained and no one cared to help. At many other Lululemon locations, when an item isn’t in stock, employees will help you order it from another store on their tablet and walk you through the process. That’s always been part of what makes the brand great. At this store, they didn’t care to help at all. I was told to “just go online and pretty much figure it out myself” instead of being helped in person. It felt like an inconvenience for them to assist me in finding the item and size I wanted. Really disappointing to see customer service no longer be a priority here. It seemed like no one cared about doing their job or representing the brand as they are just collecting a paycheck.

  I wanted to share my recent experience at your store involving an associate named Sophia. I was attempting to return a backpack that I hadn’t used, but after realizing it didn’t have a luggage handle as I expected, I decided to exchange it for something else—potentially even a higher-priced item. Unfortunately, Sophia’s response was extremely rude and confrontational. I explained that the tags had been accidentally thrown away but that the item was in perfect condition. Despite being a frequent Lululemon customer who rarely makes returns, I was treated dismissively. Her tone and attitude were unprofessional and left me feeling quite uncomfortable. I’ve always appreciated the quality of both Lululemon’s products and service, so this interaction was especially disappointing. I hope this feedback helps ensure that future customers are treated with more respect and understanding. I will not be returning to that particular location after this experience.
