  They have good customer service but I think they need more training in their processes. They ask for my phone number, it’s not in the system for their rewards points but my receipt for which I had a return for had that info. They were asking me to sign up without checking the receipt to see if was already a member. I ended up adding all my info in anyway for a return. Then, I ask what card I purchased with and she says “ oh it doesn’t matter just use whichever one” uhh, what? So I checked the receipt that had the last 4 of the card I used Good experience shopping and good customer service but deff need more training on systems

  Brianna , Joel , Anahi, Beautiful people . Very helpful please pay them top dollar. I needed a chair and they provided!

  What happened?! The employees at this store have gone down in quality since the last time I came to shop! It seems like a lot of people are new? Where are all the old employees that were ALWAYS helpful and kind and respectable. I came in and was in the store for 20 minutes and not a single person talked to me until I was about to talk out. I think her name was Britt? All she was doing was talking to another employee with curly hair the entire time I was in there. I will be taking the longer trip to Fashion Show from now on. Unacceptable.
