  I had the BEST experience here today. I went shopping because I’m going through a hard time, and the vibes were so chill I didn’t cry once while in the store (I cried when I ordered a matcha earlier on in the day). Anyway, I found these shorts I really liked but couldn’t find my size. I asked the employee named Britt if she could help, and she looked it up on her computer and she said that she saw one in the system!! Britt searched the racks for it, and it was no where to be seen. However, there was one on display HIGH UP in the store and she GRABBED A LADDER. Straight queen behavior. The one on display was my size!!! I skipped around the store for a second and thanked her. She really saved my day. I’m writing this review and crying because I’m still sad but I didn’t cry ONCE at American Eagle today because ALL of the staff were really sweet and awesome. Especially Britt. I got Claire’s name too and the other girls working this Sunday morning were really kind and helpful. Thanks again!! 💗💗💗

  They have good customer service but I think they need more training in their processes. They ask for my phone number, it’s not in the system for their rewards points but my receipt for which I had a return for had that info. They were asking me to sign up without checking the receipt to see if was already a member. I ended up adding all my info in anyway for a return. Then, I ask what card I purchased with and she says “ oh it doesn’t matter just use whichever one” uhh, what? So I checked the receipt that had the last 4 of the card I used Good experience shopping and good customer service but deff need more training on systems
