It's like telling some to pat your head and rub your stomach. You get locked out like once a week plus they dont give you a grace period they charge you up the wall just to get money it stupid. They dont want you to text and drive or use hand devices but they want you to use this device and almost cause accident

But we went to get it installed and were laughing so hard with the guy who put it in! They are so friendly and made light at a stressful situation!
