Robert was awesome, walked me through Red Wings full catalog and what makes each boot different and helped me pick the right boot for me. Robert was so helpful and patient, there was no pressure to buy nor rush to choose a boot or insole for me. He each brought out some of his personal recommendations to try on and size on for a perfect fit. Walked me through the care for the boot as was always very friendly. As my first experience I was incredibly impressed and will definitely be shopping here for work boots from now on!

Robert help him with getting orthotics and selection of a great quality boot specifically for his size of foot. We as a family actually thought we were dealing with the owner, but Robert said he’s just a sale associate. Well he’s much more than that. Robert is very professional and thorough on taking care of his customers. This experience today is definitely what patrons love . We will definitely be back in the future. I've purchased a couple dozen safety toe work boots over the years so I know what im looking for and what I want. Robert listened to my wants, needs and the things I don't like in a boot and he was able to get me set up with some solid boots, socks and insoles. Now only time will tell but the new Wings I purchased today feel extremely well made and I just pray they are durable. My last set of Wings did not fair well at all.. 5 stars for Robert and his knowledge. Can't say I enjoy the Red Wing pricing but if they truly last this time, then I feel the price will be worth it. Thanks again!

Also buying online and banking on them to fit and break in properly to my feet and it never happening. I could never buy boots online again. I tried on probably 8 or 9 pairs at red wings before I made a purchase. I wanted to find the perfect one’s comfort, width and size. The employees were in great moods and more than happy to help. Most people would get very annoyed. They were friendly and helpful till the last moment. Great boot buying experience. I Absolutely love the boots. This is the first time in my life that I could wear boots 40-50 hours a week and not care about rushing to take them off the first second possible. Thank you red wings carson city.
