Peter Zablocki, specifically was incredibly warm and is an expert in all things watches. He took me through not only the ones that I had my eye on, but also some of the the other heavy hitter in their store. 45 minutes felt like 5, which is an excellent thing. I never felt rushed, hurried or pressured in any way, and loved the excellent customer service he provided, by ensuring he answered all my questions, and even asked me a few and was curious about me and my background. Great visit, I will be back in the future!

I didn't hear back from anyone, nor did I expect to, but I did receive an Email from Bijoy at Touch of Gold. He confirmed the store had the watch in stock and I was able to purchase it the next morning when the store opened. That's what I call, good old fashioned East Coast Customer Service! Highly recommended.
