  I was browsing for my upcoming trip next month and Kenee came to help me out. We found a 4 pairs of sunglasses that l liked but had to choose only 2 lol. He is a good worker and knows a lot of what he is doing that’s why he gave me a hard time choosing. Haha. Kidding aside I chose 2 and it was very nice! Kudos to the team who also helped me to decide!!

  I’m not someone who is particularly demanding of customer service staff as I understand their work isn’t easy. However, I did want to share my experience today. I had been planning to purchase a new pair of Meta glasses, I had saved up, done my research, and was ready to buy. I only wanted to try them on before making the final purchase . When I arrived at the store, I waited for a couple of minutes, but the staff were engaged in conversation with someone nearby (possibly a colleague or friend) and no one acknowledged me. I left feeling quite disappointed. I completely understand that staff may be busy or tired after a long day, but I do think customers should at least feel acknowledged. I hope this is something that can be improved going forward.

  Loved this store. I was helped immediately upon entering the store and the sales person was able to find what I was looking for online and order it for me. Friendly, quick and all done with a smile! Will definitely go back!
