- ANAnulesh NallaniDec 13, 20251.0Since there has been a wave of one star reviews, just wanted to highlight their misleading sales tactic that was pulled by the customer service rep Leah who blatantly denied having promised a watch link fix while purchasing the watch and also saying that any other Mk watch can also be adjusted. Hope they hire responsible and honest sales reps and hope they act their wage.
