The shoes arrived in two days which was earlier than they told me to expect and they’re perfect! They also showed me which products to use to best protect and care for my shoes so they didn’t get damaged by water and snow salt :) I’ve been living in these boots for two weeks now out in the rain and they look brand new!!!

They hurt my feet. I tried to return or exchange only to learn their policy is, if they have been worn outside you cannot return. I did not realize but the heel tips were twisted which must have been like that when I purchased because I wore them for less than an hour. The employee had no empathy and tried to tell me I wore them much longer than that as she felt a ware pattern in the shoe bed?? lol Not only did she refuse to return or exchange she told me it was a “Hard no”! I understand policy’s but now I am stuck with $100 pair of boots that can never be worn. As I was leaving she sarcastically said “Have a good day!” It was an odd experience. I would donate to someone in need but the tips are near ready to come off. I love a good pair of boots and have bought many at DSW but will never shop at the Bayers Lake location again. Not one to give bad reviews but this one is deserved and this is more of a warning. Please ensure you know the no return or exchange policy before you buy!!

Finally tried my luck here and found the exact shoe I was looking for. I treated myself to a few add ons, and altogether for the shoes, sunglasses, protective spray, and pantyhose, my total was less than just the shoes would have been at the other stores. On top of finally finding what I was looking for, the customer service here was absolutely excellent. DSW has definitely earned my loyalty today!
