He accuse me of scratching the Ray-Ban logo off the glasses while it was a factory defect and although it says that I have up to one year to have it change he said he can’t do anything about it what a JOKE. They probably buy loads of fake 5$ glasses and sell it under the famous brands. I would give it a ZERO star if I could. Never ever buy from this place they should be close. I did file few complains with the head office and I hope next time they learn how to do customer Service. They try to be professional when you want to buy a glass but when it comes the time to stand behind their guarantee they back off as if it never existed and treat you with rude manners. What a Shame
