Anyway, the answer was that it got “lost in Que” so there’s now nothing they can do to get me it before Christmas. I called this local store and was put on hold for 25 minutes (must have forgot about me) because I then hung up and called back and was able to get in contact with someone who was going to find my product and 10 minutes later after being put on hold the 2nd time the call was disconnected on their end. I called back right away and got another worker who put me on hold to find the guy I was talking to for another 10 minutes. I’m not almost 1 hour into trying to see if they have a product I need for Christmas and no help at all!! Awful awful customer service.
