- BMBre MaryJan 3, 20265.0Really sweet staff, great management. Helpful and listened, great customer service skills. I went in yesterday with an issue I had downstairs at the Aries store. I wasn’t expecting much but I know the stores were sisters and would have similar policies. I had great customer care service, kind, helpful and helped me find items that worked best for me. With the higher price range and quality of clothing; it’s great to have good customer service! Will be back! Would recommend!
- MMmaddieJan 2, 20261.0Workers were chatting and not being helpful at all and didn't even notice I was struggling with picking out jeans. 3 girls were on their phones chatting about how sexy a guy was, and gossiping about other people. I was noticeably struggling and not one worker asked me how my day was, or offered me help. Very unprofessional
