    Rude staff. Arbitrarily deciding not to accept returns on certain days. This was not idicated anywhere online so super frustrating to drive 20 minutes to find this out.

    DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. We went to this store to return a jacket, and the store said they will not accept returns.

    The behaviour of the staff who worked this evening (Nov 26) was extremely disappointing. The customer service was very poor. We asked for another size that wasn’t available in the displayed section, and she said she would get back to us. We waited for quite some time, but she never returned. It felt like we were purposely ignored. I’ve visited this store before, but today’s experience was absolutely horrible.

    I got a raincoat from this company it is 100% waterproof. The stuff seems to be expensive but it’s very good quality.
