They could not get the register going again. They just kept saying it’s froze. The clerk said they would re-add all of my merchandise on a different register. I used my card and it was declined. They could not print out any information on the first transaction or the second transaction. I looked at my online banking account and it said the first transaction and the second transaction were pending. They could not fix the situation. They Put my name on the items and said that pending transactions should come off of my account in a couple of days. They told me they could not rectify the situation. I went to my bank, and the banker said that they would need to see a printout of the transactions. JCPenney could not provide them.I live 4 1/2 hours away and I’m only staying in Santa Fe one more day. It’s very frustrating to think that a corporation as big as JCPenney cannot get their registers running and make printouts of transactions that don’t go through. I have to pending amounts from them on my account and NO MERCHANDISE!

HOWEVER, he did not show confidence in his position. Very young also…he needs further training. Sale was not clear and needed detailed signage ~
