  My father has been to Dunhams multiple times in Santa Fe, NM. Everytime we go to the firearms department we have had the rudest customer service. My father is 70 years old, a veteran, retired correctional officer, and a security officer. He has had multiple questions and the associate has always been very rude and disrespectful. Its disgusting that someone would treat another person this way. Unfortunately we did not get the associate name.

  Had a great time talking/learning at the gun counter. Very honest, knowledgeable salesman. Pointed me in the direction of some very good pistols for around $400

  Great Store! Huge selection of clothes and shoes. Tons of awesome stuff for fishing and more guns to look at than any other store in Santa Fe. Derek and Faron in the gun department really know there weapons. Pointed me in the direction of some good guns I hadn't heard of. Will be telling all my friends to checkout Dunham's

  I purchased a firearm after clearing the background check I paid for the full firearm. I get a call to pick up my firearm on the 31st. I come in on the first to pick it up and the store denies me my pick up why call me and notify me allow me to pay for set firearm. If the store is denied my purchase a waste of time. Also a lack of employees in doing their job very disappointed in my first experience at this location.
