  Bought my son a baseball bat. He hit the ball 4 times and the bat chipped. Took it back the same day and the manager says they can’t return the bat we have to go through the company. Will no longer buy stuff from them if that’s the policy.

  Been here three times and on the first visit, I waited around one hour to look at a firearm and never once in the hour I was there was I approached by anybody. There was two employees there but only one showing firearms. I have no idea what the other employee was there for.... On the second visit, I once again attempted to see a firearm and after 30 min wait I finally was able to see one, hence, I felt like I was bothering the guy to see a rifle... My wife was shopping elsewhere in the store... She found a jacket she liked so we bought it... Once home my wife realized she should have got the larger jack. so, next trip#3 we went to exchange it.. Wow. Same jacket on the same rack with a different price...o well.. Manager says first jacket was priced wrong.. Too bad.. Pay the right price.. Or not.... Staff is truly under trained and needs customer skills training. And for the cashier that can talk and talk and talk,.............. And not say a word.. Good luck and I hope your experience is better than mine was cause I will not return...

  I had a great experience at Dunham’s Sports in Santa Fe thanks to the store manager (I believe her name is Kie, though I may be misspelling it). She assisted me with both a return and a new purchase, and handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine kindness. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you come across this level of customer service anymore, and I truly appreciate the care she took to help me. Thank you for a great experience—I’ll definitely be back.

  Purchased a Gun at Dunham's and Aiden gave the most important Information before making my final decision and he was able to point out the pros and cons of each of the guns l'o inquired. The registration process was fairly quick. I felt good about the choice I made and was well informed and happy about my purchase. Victor was instrumental in relating several details and features on the Gun and helped in finalizing the purchase, completing the sale and ultimately sending me home with a great product. Thanks to The guys and Gals at Gun Counter and throughout Dunhams sports Santa Fe! Great place to Shop!

  This place is terrible. They have very few bike helmets and a manager that makes excuses for the mall entrance door not being open on time. It was supposed to open at 10am. I waited in the mall for 20 minutes. I called twice and was told they would open the doors. Maybe they can't tell time. I guess I'll take my business to Walmart.
