I ordered ammo online that said ready for pickup tomorrow, well it’s been about 5 days and when I went in person to the store the clerk told me I’d have to wait longer and they can’t process a return for me, so now I have to wait an additional 10 days for a product that said pickup the next day. I purchased on the 6th and I have to wait till the 21st. I ended up having to buy more ammo in person because i needed it for the 8th. Basically don’t believe when is says pickup available the next day, also do y expect to get much help other than being told to call a 1800 number for help.

Rude staff, can't order items that aren't in stock. Looks like they're getting ready to close again like the previous store.

I drove 50 miles to pick up a rifle I had purchased online. I arrived a few minutes after 7 p.m., and the associate at the gun counter informed me they could not complete the transfer because they were “done for the day.” This was surprising since similar transfers at Cabela’s or Acadmy take less than 30 minutes. When I requested to cancel the order, the process was delayed, and I was told there was no manager or closing supervisor on duty. I was also given incorrect contact information for the store manager. Additionally, I observed a safety concern when another customer was handed a rifle outside its box, with the bolt in and no trigger lock. While not illegal, it reflects poorly on the store’s attention to firearm safety. Overall, the experience showed poor service, lack of oversight, and questionable safety practices.

Looking to purchase a firearm? Go elsewhere. This company seems to have wonky system and their staff is ambivalent. They have something called a 'store hold' on background checks. I waited 2 weeks, still on a 'store hold'. I ask them, has the background check been sent in, they say no. I say I want a refund, they say how long have you been on hold? Have you waited the full 30 days? I ask, what would happen if I were to wait the full 30 days? They say, and I quote: The request would time out and we would start the process over. ?? From day one, they told me call back in a couple of days. 5 calls, 'call back in a couple of days.' Borderline scam. Today I walk into a different local gun store, run a background check and am out of the store in less than 35 minutes. Again they seem very acclimated to telling people to call back. Take your money elsewhere.
