Open since 2016, Sportsman’s Warehouse in Las Cruces, NM is near the Desert Peaks National Monument, Rio Grande, and White Sands National Monument. National gunsmithing services are now available! If you like hunting, we’re here to get you all set up with everything you need. Popular pursuits include deer, elk, bear, cougar, pronghorn antelope, Barbary sheep, bighorn sheep, javelina, oryx, and ibex. If fishing is more your speed, we have all of your tackle to catch the largemouth bass, catfish, trout, or walleye that you’re after. We also carry plenty of supplies for camping, hiking, and birdwatching. Our shop services are available to spool reels, mount and boresight rifle scopes, cut arrows, tune bows in our 15-yard archery lane, and anything covered by your Firearm Service Plan. Whether it’s a cold, snowy winter or warm summer day, we’ve got the seasonal accessories to fit your outdoor adventure. I arrived at the gun counter at approximately 7:45 PM. Knowing the store's closing time is 9 PM, I expected to have sufficient time to complete the necessary transaction. However, upon requesting to purchase a firearm, I was informed by the staff member firearm sales cease one hour prior to closing. While I understand the need for operational procedures, this policy significantly restricted my ability to conduct business during the posted hours of operation. Preventing a legal transaction with a full hour remaining before closing time resulted in a missed opportunity for a sale and created an unnecessary inconvenience for me, the customer. That's the reason for the 1 star review

- RIRoberto Flores IVNov 11, 20251.0I ordered ammo online that said ready for pickup tomorrow, well it’s been about 5 days and when I went in person to the store the clerk told me I’d have to wait longer and they can’t process a return for me, so now I have to wait an additional 10 days for a product that said pickup the next day. I purchased on the 6th and I have to wait till the 21st. I ended up having to buy more ammo in person because i needed it for the 8th. Basically don’t believe when is says pickup available the next day, also do y expect to get much help other than being told to call a 1800 number for help.
