  Had not been there in quite some time... Customer service never wavers there... Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Selection a little bit low but I found everything I wanted. A very Clean store and very organized.. And the cashier... She was sweet and friendly. Thank you all and see you again very soon....

  Clean store, has what i need, excellent staff. Price of ammo is a little high, but not egregious. Definitely my go to spot for ammo, for now.

  This happened a while back but I have tried my hardest to avoid this place since then. I purchased a red dot that started flickering when i mounted it up and shot my pistol with it installed. I went to return/replace and forgot my reciept and live a little far, i thought they may be able to look at my rewards account to pull up the purchase. They were not able to, no biggie. The manager inserts himself and grabs the red dot by the lens of the glass to inspect! He told me i havent even mounted it to anything, he could tell, and that he didnt think i purchased it from there. I told him if hes going to not accept the return he should handle my red dot better and not grab it by the glass. He went off on me and threatened to ban me, and even fight me. When i went the next day, receipt in hand, ready to return my dot, the cashier told me that they were instructed to not take the any return from me if i came in, receipt or not, they had no issue with me spending more money there though. Obviously the manager on duty knew that was not right and processed after a bit of explanation, but still acted like he didnt give a crap on how the other guy acted. Complained to corporate and never heard anything back. Gun counter were always rude anyway, im happy to give my business to any number of LGS near by or even Bass Pro.

  Last year in November I paid my card in full and was charged another $35.00 dollars being told I missed the date my bill cycle so paid the card again . Today March 2026 I was charged $85.96 in “late charges “ when I haven’t used my card since November, this is what is expected which this company. BEWARE
