  First time visiting Lee Michaels and went in to discuss my desired watch needs. Worked with Tara and she was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and she had me try on a couple of my grail pieces as well as we discussed something special for my lady and an upcoming special birthday. Then I guess the recent launch of Artemis inspired me for a moon face complication to add to the collection and she showed me this stunning 1926 model moon phase and just had to get it. Thank you Tara for making a great impression and very much look forward to working with you. You are a pleasure to work with.

  I walked in excited to purchase a Rolex for myself, expecting a professional and welcoming experience. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I was told the watch in the display “wasn’t for sale,” which was confusing—if it’s not available, why is it being showcased? What stood out even more was the feeling of being judged before I was even given a chance to speak. As a customer ready to make a serious purchase, that’s disappointing. No one should be evaluated based on appearance. I hope this business takes a step back and focuses on treating every customer with respect and consistency. First impressions matter, and this one missed the mark. I will reach out to Rolex on this matter.
