  On 9/28 I was attended to by Christine. I picked out a pair of sunglasses I saw and asked for them to be ordered exactly the way I found them, just with a prescription added. She placed the order and informed me it would be about 2 weeks for them to come in. I got a phone call they were ready, and I went to pick them up, exactly 2 weeks after they were ordered. When I arrived, Christine and another staff member opened the box the sunglasses arrived in right in front of me. They pulled out a pair of totally different, regular, clear lense glasses, and proceeded to hand them to me. I informed them that was not what I had ordered. So no one had opened the box to verify what was sent against my actual order prior to calling me. Ok, no problem, mistakes happen. I kindly asked Christine to follow up and give me a call to give me an update. She promised she’d call the next day. No phone call that whole week. I called her about 5 or 6 days later to follow up and remind her she had promised to call me. She apologized and said that she had been very busy all week and that “they” just let her know she’d have to re-order them. I asked if she could put a rush on it since I had already been waiting 3 weeks at that point. Plus it’s not convenient for me to pick them up at that store because I live 40 minutes away. She said she didn’t think she could, but that she would try. I asked her to call me with another update, of which she did the following day. She said she had re-ordered the sunglasses and “left a note” for them to rush it. I didn’t have high expectations. 2 weeks later, she called me to let me know they were in and that this time they were the correct pair. When I arrived to pick them up, the frame was a totally different color than what I had ordered. She seemed totally surprised. I don’t understand why she didn’t order exactly what we had ordered together the first time around. At that point I had to ask for a refund. She was not sorry at all and did not offer any kind of solution. I had already waited 5 weeks at that point, and both times they were the wrong pair. I wasn’t about to wait another 2 weeks and trek out there a third time. The customer service and attention to detail by Christine is totally lacking. I’d prefer to give my money to a shop that cares about doing a good job for their customers.

  I would NEVER shop here again! Not one worker greeted me or offered to help me. The workers just stared at me, no words. Very odd. I have been needing new sunglasses but with the experience I had, I am taking my business elsewhere. Yucky behavior!
