I was helped by both Javier and the store manager Stephen. They were both professional, friendly, and attentive. They were thorough, taking all the information and paying attention to the details of my prescription and my order. I got an amazing pair of frames for my new prescription glasses. Great experience all around. I definitely recommend this relatively new service.

After already being in the store for about 45 minutes (20 of those just waiting), the associate stopped helping me mid-transaction to assist another customer. While that customer had also been waiting about 10 minutes, I had already been there much longer and should not have been disregarded. I was left standing there while the associate focused on someone else. After another 5 minutes of being ignored, I decided to walk out with the pair I originally brought in. For a store that charges premium prices, I expected professionalism, organization, and respect for my time. I will not be returning to this location. There are other Sunglass Hut stores in the city, and I’ll be taking my business to one where my time and purchase are valued.
