Worst customer service. I've purchased handguns and rifles there and the experience is somewhat sparatic, but trying to speak to someone on the phone in customer service is horrible. Bass Pro Shops could be on the pricey side but the way the work with their customers is much more attentive. Because of their horrible customer service I'll stick with Bass Pro Shops and pay that little extra.

I came in around 4 in the afternoon on New Year’s eve for a gun I had purchased. The guy that was helping me go through the process tried to accuse me and shame me. He was probably in his 50s-70s older white male. The whole time I was respectful even after the guy started having a power trip acting like he was the FBI. Claiming he was gonna “ban” me from buying a gun at other stores such as Cabelas and Bass Pro Shop which he has no power to do that. Of course I didn’t fall for his fear monger. I felt racially discriminated with his false accusations and instead of admitting he was wrong he kept doubling down and started sobbing because he knew he was guilty. I think him seeing a young black man buy a gun with his own credit card offended him. He ended up having no choice but to give me a refund but he tried to give an ultimatum which of course did not work.Truly insecure and incompetent he thought he could bully me and didn’t work. All the employees were in the back hiding. Thank you and Goodbye🙂🤨

Incredibly incompetent people. I had moved and didn’t have the right address to buy a gun. They had me buy a one day fishing license TWICE to try to illegally verify my and after waiting the 7 day wait period they told me it we all incorrect and wouldn’t work. I don’t know if I have time now for an upcoming hunt. I hope whoever works there releases their carelessness has wasted a lot of my time and ruined my day.

As others have said, the ladies or very good and helpful, the guys at the gun counter not so much, or condecending and not in a hurry to help you. Last time I was there I waited 10 minutes while he traded hunting stories with a friend, need more and better people at gun counter.

I came and bought a reel from display and the first cast it came out, I came to exchange the reel and they exchanged it, didn’t fit on my rod, came back to return it for money and they will only give you gift cards even if you payed it with money, I went to get a new one so it could fit on my rod and I opened a box and liked the reel and picked up my mess and a worker came up and said I have to put the boxes back like what I didn’t even do anything and I asked do you think this will fit on my rod and I showed him a pictured of it and he said every spinning reel fits on a rod like not every reel and I said okay like if I didn’t know that and I got the reel box I opened and I said I was gonna buy this and he saw tape and said if it was mine I said no and I picked it up anyways and he got mad for no reason, lastly I will never come here again!
