ALOT has changed from whence they first opened. The gift bar is much much smaller and limited in product. There is no ticketing system at the gun counter so it's a free-for-all wild wild west style. The three times I have been in the last 2 months and only one person working the gun counter while customers waiting for more help. Save your self headaches and time and money...go to Right To Bear Arms.

Considering ive already made my purchase but the staff failed to let me know prior to making it that sportsmans supports unconstitutional practices and even though the 7 day waiting period has been dropped after federal ruling theyve retained the policy i will NEVER buy from here again or support this business. Yes i said that right even though it is no longer allowed in New Mexico to force you to wait Sportsmans supports being against your constitutional rights and violating them by continuing to support the involuntary waiting period.

Worst customer service. I've purchased handguns and rifles there and the experience is somewhat sparatic, but trying to speak to someone on the phone in customer service is horrible. Bass Pro Shops could be on the pricey side but the way the work with their customers is much more attentive. Because of their horrible customer service I'll stick with Bass Pro Shops and pay that little extra.
