- LBLou BeckerAug 14, 20252.0Super sad to write this review, as I am a loyal and die-hard Pendleton customer, and I have met this manager of the Albuquerque store many times, and have made many purchases from her directly. I was given a bag as a gift, but I already had the exact bag in that exact print. I went in to the ABQ store to see if there was anything I could do, asking for store credit possibly/ or exchange it for the same bag just a different print. Tags were on it, stuffing was in it, clearly still very brand new (I was also carrying the identical bag with me, so there was no question ) I understand I was past the 30 days, but it was the way she handled it that bothered me. She did not recognize me as a customer who has shopped with her several times in the past, she did not offer to look up my account so she could see just how loyal of a customer I am, she actually didn’t offer anything. She did, however, look at the bag and say “it’s really old”. Which is not what you want to hear when it’s literally the bag I carry everyday, and was carrying at the time. So I guess I’m off to drop off both of these “really old” bags to good will, and am now in search of a new one! Sidebar: there was not 1 other customer in the store. There was no reason she couldn’t have treated me a little more like family, and less like someone with a ridiculous request.
