  I had a very disappointing experience at the Lululemon store in Albuquerque today. The associate who helped me was extremely unfriendly and seemed annoyed when I asked for a different size. Instead of offering help or checking availability, she acted like my question was a burden. Customer service is a big part of the shopping experience, especially for a premium brand like Lululemon. Unfortunately, the employee I dealt with had very negative energy and made the whole interaction uncomfortable. What really surprised me was that when I paid for my item, she didn’t even say thank you or acknowledge me at all. Basic courtesy goes a long way, and this interaction left a very bad impression. I expected much better service from this store.

  I’ve had mixed experiences with this store. The last two visits have been disappointing. Recently I went in looking for a pair of pants and they didn’t have my size, nobody asked me if I needed help so I went home and ordered them online. They didn’t fit so I went into the store thinking that I would do an easy return and they would order me my new size but the woman who processed my exchange seemed irritated that I was there and did not offer to order me my correct size even when I told her that’s what I wanted she just said Ok and then processed the refund. When I worked in retail refunds hurt our sales for the day, so I was always happy when people wanted to do an exchange instead of just a refund, but maybe it’s different now.I think I’m going to stop trying to go out of my way to support this in person location.

  I spend a lot of money at lululemon, both in store and online. Today, I took my three children and they wouldn’t let my oldest son use the bathroom, even though their bathroom has always been available. It was just really bad customer service and attitude—we would have bought something, we always do. But this experience and their clothes being kind of boring lately is leading me to a Lulu breakup or at least a break. Do better to make the shopping fun and doable for moms. It doesn’t cost anything to the store and you would have more than made up for it in water bottles I would have bought for the kids.

  Super expensive. I don't know how they stay in business with such outrageous prices. I am thinking about shorting their stock.

  The store is always stocked perfectly. They have everything you need not only that but the manager is awesome. He has never said no to me on anything that I’ve come with for an exchange or return he’s amazing. This is the best customer service I’ve ever received. Thank you.
