An unfortunate incident recently caused the destruction of my black opal in the center and I was beside myself with grief. Not only was it such a sentimental loss but also I was sure I would never be able to find a stone even similar. John went above and beyond to find me a new stone that honestly, is even more beautiful than the original. That alone would be amazing customer service but it’s the extra mile that he went that really blew me away. He took every frantic, tear filled phone call I had, checked in with me frequently on the repair process, and knew exactly what to do. I have never been treated so well by a jeweler or in any customer service situation in my life. John was able to turn an absolute tragedy into a new beginning and I cannot thank him enough. Customer for LIFE.
