- GPGabrielle Montoya- PereaNov 7, 20251.0Most unprofessional experience with the jewelry counter, waited for over 20 minutes wasn’t aware there was a line, but we were the only ones waiting until a young Spanish girl wearing a Christmas vest who ignored us multiple times mind you, then came up asked how can I help you then proceeded to say there’s a line where one woman who was returning a purchase, that we’d have to wait while she ignored us multiple times for a customer who didn’t buy anything. Went in with hopes to get a wedding set but her interaction alone put a horrible taste in our mouths and will spend our money elsewhere. Avoid this Jcpenneys Jewelry area, they will want a $35 return over a $1k+ sale.

To find clothes but they usually are very depleted and there's always people getting in your way, here at this store you'll find people who get in the way. I couldn't find a womans belt at any of those stores but I immediately found tons of them here and in my size.

These guys are subtly fraudulent.They have finely edited photos on their website and on the walls of their studio/office….but what they don’t tell you is that they DO NOT EDIT PHOTOS. And that’s fraudulent. I took my infant there for some professional shots, met the lady on duty that day she was all nice, but never told us they don’t do any edits on photos asides from some crops, vignettes, text inserts. Two weeks later the picture frame of our child arrived and it was poor. I took it back, but met a guy he said he was the manager, he told us we could either edit it ourselves or send it to their main office at Ohio (we were at New Mexico, by the way) for a “possible” chance at editing. In a nutshell they didn’t help us in any way with our complaints, they just offered to print and frame another unedited photo for us, which we accepted cos we had no other choice. Crazy stuff.
