Called to ask if I’m able to get a fishing license there and pay with a gift card and the guy tells me “yeah come on in” then when I get there 10 minutes later the guy at the desk said the things been down. So I wasted my time going over there when I called so I wouldn’t have to

I bought a rifle for my deer hunt mind you this was a new gun not a used like they sell but anyway I shot the rifle maybe 5 times and the front sight fell off I called they told me to take it to a gun smiths and I had to pay for it or I can take it to them and it will take up to six months to get back. My daughter has a youth hunt next week and thats also the rifle she was gonna use. So I do not recommend buying any type of firearm from them at all

Nothing but hassle from bass pro shops. They make their own rules. Showing me a document of the challenge process which I have. They need original one. Which fbi says they don’t need that. So I’m asking for the policy. All they show me is the document they need. Again which I have not the original but a copy. Everything is electronic so I got that one first. Spoke to different people can’t give me what the policy is??? Just say that’s your policy. You should have policy in writing to show customers. They can’t even provide that. Yes I finally got the gun. After all there hassle and run around. No one actually giving me what he said the policy?? I got my gun because they know there wrong. I was discriminated against. I will never shop here again. Worst experience I’ve had. The guys and lady weren’t even helpful. Once I got my original they aren’t allowed to keep it. It’s my document. Since I’m getting hassled for it. They are more than welcome to have a copy. Which I’ve stated. They’re wrong trying to protect their employees. I’m actually waiting for 8 day period. After I’ve been here three times. So wish me luck when I go back and hope it’s simple and easy. Nothing has been so far.

My husband took his certificate for his Fire arm challenge to bass pro shop and they refused to give him the firearm we purchased. They claim that there policy states that you must bring in a mailed copy. Although this is not a requirement of the FBI they only need the NTN number and a copy for their records which was provided. I have purchased other firearms with no issues. I asked for there written policy and they will not provide it. Policies are policies but were is the proof? That’s all I asked for and they will not help. I called there corporation number because they said it is a corporate policy but cooperate gave me two different answers the First Lady said all u need is the email and number the second said it was up to the general manager. The general manager says it a cooperate policy?? But no proof of these claims. A customer who purchased a gun from them a few weeks ago verified that they only needed to show the NTN number and got the firearm. So is this discrimination?

Stopped here two weeks ago while in town. Wanted a new pair of binoculars and when your from a rural area it's nice to go in a store while your in town. The salesman seemed to be annoyed that I was asking to even look at a pair. After looking I found the pair I wanted but there was only the display model left. Before I said anything the sales associate told me he doesn't do deals on display models which is fine, but I didn't ask, so it seemed odd and very off putting. Asked if he could help get a set ordered and he basically said just go online and pay the shipping. I believe the associates name was Rafael. As a business owner in the customer service industry, I would not want my employee treating customers that are willing and ready to spend money in my store the way I was treated. It was not a good experience. Filled out their survey after leaving the store, as I would want to know if my customers had a bad experience. The survey asked if I wanted to be contacted by management, I said yes, and have not been contacted.
