If I could give zero stars, I would. I sat at the gun department for 45 min making eye contact and asking for help. Multiple employees kept walking by, multiple people on their computers, 2 people casually talking to 1 customer. I never received any help, as a serious buyer, I'm disappointed. As a female, I feel very overlooked. This has happened multiple times, every time I visit. When buying a gun, I'm not considering this location anymore. I will go to Bulldogs or Big R, much better service. Do better.

The sales associates are far too busy and won’t give you the time of day. I was looking for a range finder only to get frustrated from getting ignored. So I went to Sportsman’s Warehouse where I not only was helped by a busy young man but he showed me several and helped me make my decision for my hunt. Bass Pro is ok for looking around and taking a pic or 2 or if you don’t need anything from behind a counter or help from sales.

disappointed. never had an issue here, until i came alone. i am a woman and will normally come in with a male friend or my boyfriend and ive never had issues! today i came in alone just to browse and buy a gift card. man at the gun counter began rapid fire asking me questions and was just very short and rude. i’ve never had this happen before. everyone at the gun counter just seemed disinterested in helping me and the only one that did, basically verbally harassed me and acted like he was better than me. you will not see me coming alone to this bass pro shops ever again. not very welcoming and honestly i’m terrified to go alone again. if you are a woman looking to buy a gun and planning to walk in alone, beware.

After three terrible experiences, I'm done with this store. The first time I went there I picked up a used gun. The person behind the counter asked for all sorts of documentation not required by the ATF but said it was store policy. Not only did it turn out to not be store policy but when an employee who actually knew what they were doing told him so, he threw his hands up in the air, yelled "I'm not dealing with this" and stormed away. The second visit I encountered the same crotchety guy who told me the gun that was showing as in stock wasn't there and he didn't know what else to do. When I insisted he actually check he just went into the back and grabbed the wrong gun and tried to convince me that they were pretty much the same. Finally, a manager actually checked and told me that their online system was incorrect. Finally, today I thought I would save time and order for curbside pickup. The phone number for the parking space did not work and I had to wait in a long line along with everyone else who tried to do curbside. The store is just not worth the time, if sportsman's doesn't have what you're looking for, just order it.
