  Leticia is so sweet 🥹 She was so helpful and went out of her way to help my mom look at boots and accessories for my wedding. She is one of those people that you can just tell is incredibly kind, passionate and genuine. We found some great option and it was all thanks to her. Really recommend this shop but especially Leticia!

  I walked into Ariat needing help with my cowboy hat, and Myah was absolutely amazing! She took the time to steam and reshape it perfectly and even helped clean a stain that another place had caused. She was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. You can tell she really cares about her work and her customers. I truly appreciate the extra effort she put in — highly recommend stopping by and asking for Myah!

  Sarah, Taylor, Mya, and Sharada were all extremely nice and professional. I truly appreciate that kind of welcoming environment in a retail store. And especially Sarah — she was so kind and helpful. Thank you for such a great experience!
