I used to love shopping here now, everyone that works there has a attitude and don’t wanna do their job. It’s 100% better to buy online and chat with customer service if you have a issue.

Cashier and manager wanted to charge me a return shipping fee for returning in-store when the website clearly states "free in- store returns". They said Tier 1 shoppers get charged.. what?? I'm not sure why that isn't stated online when ordering. I'm also a Tier 3 shopper. I'll clearly be shopping elsewhere from now on because making an in-store return with a receipt and tags shouldn't be a big deal.

I understand this may be company policy but the employee had a major attitude about it. I have been in customer service and you do not treat customers in this way.
