- CMCecilia Mehan5 days ago1.0Terrible experience. No greeting upon walking in, unhelpful salespeople, rude service. We wanted to compare sizes and received terrible assistance and feedback. The person “helping” us was also blatantly wrong regarding the fabric and the care for said fabric. Go to literally any J.Crew but this one.

Recently I wanted to give it a chance one more time and I walk in, a female staff who was standing, facing the front door completely ignores me, not a single hello or what are you looking for? and walks away. Not even an acknowledgment. There was a nice gentleman there before but with an exception of that, staff is not interested in helping or selling. They are doing a complete disservice to the brand which is great. I would avoid this store and spend your money at Madewell where they actually make you feel welcome.
