  Such a big store, everything displayed very nicely but sadly no staff around, only one register working, with a single staff on the main floor, 8-10 people waiting frustratingly in the line. Other register at the back is mostly closed. It's a nightmare to check out after shopping at this store, Customers just leave their selection and walk away without purchasing. The management should seriously take note and install self check out counters or increase staff at the checkout.

  Poor management - why is there a returns line 20 people deep with 1 cashier the week after Christmas?! Come on JCPenny, you can do better. Maybe it’s the new ownership. You kept the name but lost being customer centric.
