- IKIrshad KurawleAug 10, 20251.0Carlos, the manager at sunglass hut is very rude.. He was late to his shift… He was supposed to be here at 2pm and came at 3:45pm. We were trying to make a return… and the other employee helped us a lot…. So we let her go and came back when this manager came in…. This manager made a mistake with my receipt. He did not provide receipt. Asked him for a receipt… he got angry…. Gave us the receipt and asked us to leave…. We told him “we wont leave”. Stayed 5 minutes more and left… He was blaming the computer system for the fault.. We told him that it is his computer system and it is his fault..
